In my opinion all seats have a pretty good view since it’s not a very large theater. House manager was very professional and understanding. Security is top notch, theater is clean. Got a little chilly inside but it was over 90 degrees outside so very well received. Like most theaters, leg room isn’t great.

Been in this theater a few times & seen great shows. Recently came here for “water for elephants “ which I highly recommend!🦋Sat in the mezzanine, honestly I don’t think there is obstructed views in this theater . My favorite are aisle seats so you can have leg space…since seats do get tight…🦋also bathroom lines get very long…but it goes fast thanks to organized staff that guide the line.🦋 came here during the Dominican parade, and I heard a lot of noise from the outside…the sound system is usually great…but I guess it overpowered it. So be mindful when you come to see this show during a parade or something.Overall highly recommend

I recently went to the Imperial Theater to see Water for Elephants. It was an amazing show. We loved every moment. It was a spectacular show. The theater was beautiful. The seats were comfortable. Unfortunately, there was an extremely tall man sitting in front of me blocking my view. Not even sitting on a pillow to make me tall helped.

The Imperial Theater opened in 1923. It seats a little over 1400 patrons and has housed some of Broadways best shows. Seating is tight but you can see from anywhere in the theater. I recently saw Water For Elephants. The show was good but the choreography was phenomenal. If you like the acrobats at the circus you won’t be disappointed.

This venue is small than the normal theater but very convenient located, close to paid parking and public transport, very clean, organized and a really friendly staff. Has many bathrooms so even when there is a line it goes breezy. Two bars, one in the lobby and another inside on the back for the intermediate break. The AC worked fine. The had a little memorabilia store front, in the lobby. Easy payment methods and great cocktails for the Water for Elephant show. We had the great surprise of having Grant Gustin performing which was a plus. The sound was perfect, the seats comfortable. Truly enjoyed the show.

The theater is lovely with most amazing old school charms. They could do with some assisted seats or levels that might be more accessible for people with disabilities.

This is a beautiful theater with a big capacity. I had tickets in the orchestra section and the seats in the back have a very limited view and can't see all the stage. I had to come in front of the theater to take the video I'm posting. I recommend buying tickets in mezzanine instead of the back orchestra section

A cozy, clean and comfortable theater in midtown manhattan. We saw “Water for Elephants”, a book turned into a musical. Good voices. Good staging. Great circus acts.

Small but pretty theater - significant balcony overhang you should be aware of if sitting towards the back of the orchestra sections. We saw Water for Elephants - acrobats were easily the best part of the show. Rest of the show and the story weren't anything remarkable.

This is my second visit to the theater and I was lucky enough to sit "ringside" for Water for Elephants this time. This theater just has an atmosphere that feels warm and welcoming to me. The seats are not the most plus size friendly, though so that's something to keep in mind. I wear XL to XXL in pants and I feel like if I was any larger I'd be highly uncomfortable for an entire show, sadly. Lines can be long but the attendants are pros and get everything moving very quickly.

Went here to see Water For Elephants, and the people behind us were extremely loud and arguing, so the house manager helped us find new seats at intermission and she was very nice about it. The line into the theatre moved at rocket pace and the staff really had a great grip on crowd management.

Our seats were in the balcony but we had an excellent view of the stage. There weren’t any obstructions at all. The pitch of seats made viewing that high up very good.

Gorgeous theatre and so far haven't had a bad seat in the house!Dropping one star for the bathroom situation. There are only 2 total bathrooms and I missed the first 10 minutes of Act II because of this. They do everything they can to hustle everyone in and out and there's nothing else they can really do about that. Just be sure to plan accordingly!Saw Water For Elephants... BEAUTIFUL SHOW! A must see in 2024!

Gorgeous theater. The detailing inside is absolutely stunning. My friend and I went to a matinee show of Bad Cinderella. Seats were less tight than some of the other theaters I've been to. Unfortunately, the show already announced that it was closing, and I'm not surprised. While visually stunning, it was just lacking that special something.

I watched bad Cinderella in this theater, loved the easy access to the theater. The main problem I had was limited toilets. There was only two toilets and there was a loooong line to use it in the middle of acts!Overall I loved the experience

The theatre is beautiful and very lovely visually. However, there is absolutely no leg room, half the time someone is sitting in a seat that isn’t there’s and then you have to ask them to move. The seats themselves are comfortable despite the fact that the people who built it had a complete and total disregard for the fact that humans have legs and need somewhere to put them. In terms of the people who are working there. They aren’t all that friendly or patient with visitors. In terms of the show I went to see, it was titled bad Cinderella. It was absolutely horrible and atrocious. I can’t name anything more painful to watch than that. I’d rather sow my head to a carpet than watch it again. It didn’t make sense it was poorly written but the actors were talented and the sets were nice. The orchestra was absolutely breathtaking, I wish I’d gotten to hear more of them but they were drowned out by all the singing and loud parts that didn’t make sense. I’d mostly recommend visiting the theatre but definitely see a different show. Also be sure to eat before to you enter, they have limited snacks and beverages and the selection they do have is overpriced.

Nice old theater. Mezzanine seats are comfortable. There are wide red velvet borders on the entryways that can be in your peripheral if sitting behind them a couple of rows but they don't bother you much after the show starts.

Typical Broadway theater. Small, cramped seats & some obstructed views, but not the worst Broadway theater I've been in. Stage is large enough for a musical with several creative scene changes.
