You literally walk from the outside INTO the actual theater! Which I thought was pretty cool! Bathroom lines are minimal (men) and the drink lines went by super quick! It was an end seat but it was still behind a seat in a weird angle that made it not the most comfortable. The two rows in front of me had better spacing on the end and would have been better, but just be careful on where you choose to sit if you are a taller person like myself.

We arrived for Hell’s Kitchen and the show was out of this world! One of the best musicals I have experienced! The Theatre, well it’s old! We had mezzanine seating and slightly obstructed views! The seats are very tight and small! My poor hubby who is over 6ft had is knees cramped on the seats in front of us. I am below average size and I couldn’t stand the person next to me into my seat with their shoulders and arms but not their fault they also had no space! On that level we also had 3 stall restroom for ladies and so many in line that some missed the start of the show after the intermission. If you aren’t in a box seat you are gonna be uncomfortable. So I didn’t like the theatre but the staff were all very nice and helpful. Show is Amazing and I got my playbill signed afterwards.

Loved watching Hell's Kitchen! However, the theatre seats were too small, with not a lot of leg room. Additionally the layout of bathrooms was not ideal. There were only 2 stalls, and the line cut into the stairs and made things chaotic. There was another bathroom 2 floors down. The concession stand was also poorly placed right behind the seats, so the lines blocked off traffic a lot and made it hard to get to and from seats. The view from the balcony was good! I was able to enjoy the whole show, without any obstructions.

The balcony seating was a bit tight not enough leg room and the theater was hot barely felt the AC at times. The theater is beautifully light and very clean. An usher in the balcony was dancing to the music playing when we first walked in. In general everyone seemed to be in a good mood and very helpful. During the show, the ushers were really on people about having their phones out. We were impressed. It might be obnoxious, but it's really obnoxious when people are having their phones light up anyways. If you can't be without your phone for a couple hours, then you probably just shouldn't be there.

The Schubert Theater, in the heart of Broadway opened in 1913. With beautiful Italian Renaissance design, it seats 1500 on three levels.Came here twice to see Some Like it Hot. Such a great show. If you’re looking for a nice evening of pure fun and good song and dance, this is it. Closing December 30 so if you haven’t been and you’re in the city, this is a must see.

Came here to see Some Like it Hot THREE times! And I would come back more if I could!This musical is the best in the city! Mezzanine level has great sight lines for everything to be seen on stage. The theatre is good too. Friendly staff, efficient aisles for seating, and well kept facility. My only issue are the small restrooms; 2-3 stalls on the mezzanine level and one below the orchestra level. It was not very conducive for the crowd so make sure you use the restroom before you come!

Old school theater. The upper level terrace which was on tge 3rd level had seating that was just too steep to get to and a very narrow row to walk in and sit. I am short and upon sitting my knees hovered over the row in front of me. If walking up a few flights of stairs or a steep decent is an issue then I recommend floor seats. It's a small theater too.

However, we were seated on the penultimate row on the top floor and had a partially obstructed view… these seats were selected on our behalf unfortunately. Would seriously avoid in future. Also, planning on sending a complaint to the management regarding the price we were charged for two small glasses of wine and a minuscule packet of peanuts… $67 dollars is FAR from reasonable. Would be interested to know if this price is correct. If so, managment need to get a reality check!

So I’ve been here a few times for many shows. I just recently came here on Wednesday for “Some like it Hot” which was phenomenal, Highly Recommend! Great performance.🦋 theater is very nice.Problem:🦋The seats in the back of the mezzanine have a very obstructed view - the balcony above obstructs the top third of the stage. Avoid this area.🦋 staff were very aggressive. Not to me, but in general. With the way they were handling the people during intermission and the flashlights.🦋 bathrooms were downstairs & very disorganized and again aggressive with the staff (not good for the elderly & the handicapped).

This is such a lovely old theater. I was in row E of the Mezzanine and the view was amazing and I found the seats very comfortable. I was there to see Some Like It Hot. I had a broken toe and was wearing an orthopedic protection boot and I still found the seats comfortable. There are a lot of stairs but they were fine for me. I even walked down to the basement during intermission to use the restroom and all was well. As for the show! Not enough words to say how AMAZING, JOYOUS and SUPERB it was!! A true must see!
