A beautiful theatre, the view from the mezzanine was perfect. The Notebook is the most heartbreaking show ever, but it’s really beautiful, so I recommend it to everyone!

This is a review of the theater, not the show. Baroque decor with modern amenities. The bar was well stocked and kept the line moving. AC was cranking on a 95-degree day.

Came here to watch “the notebook” and it was amazing 🥲 cried after the 2nd sentence was sung. The theatre is relatively smaller compared to the rest that I’ve been. The ushers were friendly and the place looks like it’s in tip top condition. Didn’t use the bathroom so no comments on that.I was at seat row H seat 25/27

Beautiful and quaint theater. Seats ate narrow so don't expect to be too comfortable if on the larger side. We saw the Notebook. Awesome play. Highly recommend.

This is a very gorgeous theatre. We sat in the orchestra & had a great view of the stage. The seats are comfortable with some leg room. There are bathrooms on the lower level. The only bad thing is that the water fountains are barely working (please fix this). All the staff are helpful and friendly! We saw The Notebook! Which was a great show!

Came here to see The notebook. Small theater with 2 bathrooms downstairs & a bar. Main floor has very little walking room. There is a bar on the main floor also. Has orchestra seating & 1 mezzanine seating section.

Saw The Notebook on a Saturday afternoon. The line outside was very long when we got there around 120pm but it moved very quickly once doors opened. Getting through ticketing and to our seats also moved quickly. Ushers are quick to assist! I wish the seats were a bit more staggered so that I could see between taller people in front of me. We sat at the right aisle seat of 2nd to last row in orchestra and the only issue with visibility was seeing people when they were on the balcony on stage but it rarely occurred. I was able to use restroom and get snacks during intermission even though there were lines at both. Staff was great at moving everyone along in a pleasant and efficient manner!

First time to this theater to see The Notebook. Easy 14 or so block walk from Penn Station. The theater is very beautiful and felt very intimate. Loved that there were plenty of restrooms, too! My only suggestion is that more than 3 snacks should be offered at bar. The fact that our train broke down and we just made it to start and were starving might be my reason for suggestion! I think that you really could sit just about anywhere in this theater and have a great experience!

A very nice theatre.I sat in orchestra far left, row n, and was worried originally what the view would be like. Not a bad seat in the house! The theatre is small enough that I feel like I could have been further back and my view not really changed. I wouldn't hesitate much with any of the orchestra seatsSeats were fairly comfortable and the experience was great overall. As for the show that I attended, The Notebook, is was fantastic.Looking forward to seeing another show here!

Theater was great and staff was good but late people being seated by the staff was disruptive they should have to wait. The play was OK nothing to write home about. It relied on you knowing the story. (Which I do book & movie) I didn't feel like the 3 Noah's and Allie's had the necessary chemistry needed for this story.

This is a very nice playhouse right in the heart of Times Square. Good spot to watch a musical. Drink lineup can get fairly congested. Seats are comfortable and the theatre itself is beautiful. Overall this theatre is a great spot to catch a Broadway delight. Definitely the smaller of the ones that I have been to but, with every con there is a pro and the smaller the theatre the more private and intimate the setting. Have a good time if you're going to this theatre!

Smallish theater but I think all the seats would have good views. What I didn't like was that we had to queue outside in the pouring rain and the doorman was quite gruff and rude. I think they could have been more considerate that we had spent a lot if money, and didn't expect to be in the rain and shouted at. I'm not reviewing the play ( life of Pi ...which was amazing 👏 )

Very nice theater. Came here to see “life of pi” it was phenomenal & I highly recommend.Sat in the mezzanine in the aisle seat which was perfect, because I got leg space and best view of the theatre and show. Women’s bathroom upstairs and male’s bathroom downstairs. Seats are narrow.Definitely make your way here to watch the show!

This theater is absolutely stunning. Came here to see Come From Away and I was blown away by how beautiful the theater was from the inside. There are 1080 seats, and every single seat has a great view of the stage. Additionally, the theater has excellent acoustics making it very easy to hear. There’s also plenty of space in the lobby to hang out before and after a performance. Staff are friendly and helpful if you need to find where you’re going. It would be nice if they had a few more restrooms available. There are only a few which does not meet the demand of a crowd this big. I do realize that is probably never going to change since this has already been built.Overall this is an excellent theater and very easy to access from the Times Square, Subway Station.
