Watched The Outsiders June 27, close to the back, AMAZING seats! The atmosphere was calm, the show was excellent, even Dan Berry and Victor Carillo Tracy understudying for Sodapop and Paul were way better than I expected! The cast members and audience were respectable and at the stage door, some people actually helped pass along my playbill closer to the cast. Overall a perfect experience.

I've enjoyed several wonderful performances in this beautiful theater over the years and the matinee of the great new musical, The Outsiders, was no exception - it's an excellent show with very talented artists. But I really want to commend the staff at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre for their kindness and efforts to assist my disabled friend and me - it was obvious that they sincerely wanted to help my friend, who is wheelchair-bound, to have an enjoyable experience at the theater. Thanks to the gentleman in the box office who helped me get great tickets to accommodate a wheelchair, thanks to the security personnel who helped us through the crowd outside and thanks to the ushers who pointed out the wheelchair-accessible restroom and then helped us navigate the crowd and get to our seats.

This is a beautiful theater that gives you the old-fashioned theater experience. There are a lot of stairs but my seat was in the mezzanine. I had second row mezzanine for PARADE and the seat was amazing. I could see every movement as well as all the actors facial expressions. The seats are very comfortable. I am 6 feet with long legs and I was comfortable for the whole show. At least in the mezzanine the rows had excellent rake so no people blocking your view. PARADE is also a very intense show and it was good to see the audience respect that as well as the cast. PARADE was superb and Ben Platt amazing as always. This theater and show were the highlight of my recent NYC trip. Even the restrooms were spacious.

This theater is beautiful! Be forewarned, the seats are exceptionally small and there is little foot room, but the attention to detail in the paintings and restoration are beautiful.

Multiple bathrooms with multiple stalls. (Still crazy long lines, but at least they moved.) The front mezzanine is very steeply graded, so you get a good view from every row. The temperature in the theater was well controlled (not too hot or too cold). The ushers were all very nice. And they had merchandise counters on different levels as well so you didn't have to go all the way to the first floor to buy a souvenir.

This is a beautiful theatre. We went to see Almost Famous which is one of my favorite movies. It follows the movie and is a lot of fun. You'll recognize the music for sure.One thing I would like to mention is how wonderful the House Manager (Judy) is. We had seats upstairs but I was feeling very sick to my stomach (dinner was not sitting well with me). Well Judy found us two seats near the restroom ...and I cannot thank her enough for helping us. She even came to check on me. She deserves a medal. I cant say enough about how accommodating she was.The theatre is definitely beautiful and from what I can tell no bad seats. The seats upstairs do not give you much leg room though so if you are tall with long legs, buy tickets on the first levelI recommend this theater and the show 'Almost Famous'.If you go, say hi to Judy and tell her thanks for me!

This was a great show at a good theatre. I saw Company, the revival, with a friend. Our seats weren't together, but the ushers found two seats that were unoccupied and together, so that we could sit together. This was very nice of them.Something important to note: plan accordingly if you are big and/or tall, as the seats are very close together, and your knees will be at the seat in front of you, making for a slightly uncomfortable evening.Luckily the show you will see is (most likely) amazing and will distract you from the whole seating thing.
